In 2006, approximately one century from its creation, "Portrait of Adele Bloch- Bauer I", a painting by Gustav Klimt, sold for one hundred thirty five million dollars. This is but one example among many, of the value that one piece of art can accrue. Far more than the value society places on artists, with their personal flaws, quirks and social faux paux... The above facts are appropriate examples to consider when viewing the art works presented here. While one may be wondering how someone like myself is supposed to "earn a living"? *This* is how. With Klimt's Bloch Bauer as example of pricing model, frankly it will only take one advance on one sale of an investment-quality priced art print [eg. $40k] to generate adequate standard living for self, family and community; per artist. Thus my reason for creating high price points in this egallery and virtual studio space. Any extra money made from such high-end transactions is meant to benefit other people and organizations. No hoarding or greed involved. So if the art and designs that you see here do not appeal to you now, remember the money they sell for, one hundred years from today, might appeal to multitudes, but only if you invest and take good care of it after you get it. This is far more important than aesthetics, politics or conceit.
